Someone who questions the popular opinion regarding treatment of the scalp and hair.

Hairetic is a community of Dandruff sufferers that aims to seek the truth in Anti Dandruff prevention to help anyone suffering from the condition.

300 million years of having hair and yet there is still so much us Mammals have to learn about our scalp health. With research, community feedback and ignoring the status quo, we aim to fully understand the nature of Dandruff, its causes and the treatments available.

The ultimate aim is to develop hair care products that work for as many people as possible.

Our Manifesto:

  • Question everything. Research, ingredients, ways of working.
  • Dandruff is normal - around half of the world's population get it at some point. Stop treating it like a disease.
  • Community first - we are part of one tribe, we engage, listen and respond together.
  • We will always support environmental charities.
  • Don't make it boring.
  • Aim to be Head and Shoulders above anything else.

Who owns Hairetic?

Hairetic is a small British business, proudly independent and in the early stages of start-up. We are developing Hair care products to revolutionise the way the way Dandruff is treated.
How are you supporting the Environment?

We are members of a movement called '1% For the Planet' - and that means that for every bit of revenue we make, we give 1% back to registered environmental charities. Unlike giving money from 'profits', this means we donate even if this means making a loss.
